![]() Would be good if notably Google would look into this. With more and more Mesh routers supporting networks in homes it is something that can easily happen. So yes it had to do with the wifi network, but in a way that is not documented anywhere. When I subsequently connected my mobile devices to the Google Mesh wifi I found that Google Home was fully functional, including all of the Hue Devices. That allowed the link between Google Home and Hue Bridge. The solution came when I connected my ipad with Google home app to the wifi network of the modem. The Hue Bridge is connected by cable to the modem. Google Home and Hue were all set-up to Google Mesh Wifi and that's where I could not make the link to Hue. I have both a Google Mesh wifi network as well as a modem (for the the internet connection) with a seperate wifi. I found the solution and that had to do with the network. I had done rebooting already, including resetting of Hue Bridge and lots of other stuff. Anyone some ideas how to get this working? I've tried to set up this on iOS and on Android. ![]() The error is not giving me any clue what's wrong. I've tried resetting and restarting everything I can, but it just won't add the Philips Hue to Google Home. Finally I wanted to add the Philips Hue to Google home. I created a new home in the Google Home app, and configured all my Google speakers and assistants. So I think the problem is not in the Philips Hue. Even the "Out of home control" I enabled and worked. After hours of work, I can control everything in the 2nd house within the Hue app. I have reset my Philips Hue completely and re-setup all my lights and switches in the second house. ![]() So I removed the Philips Hue from my first house and created a new account in Philips Hue online. In the Philips Hue app I could not enable the "Out of home control", just gave an error. This is a second house, in the first house, all work well. I am trying to connect a Philips hue hub to my Google Home app and it keeps on telling me "Philips Hue is linked" then an animated circle (in the google colours) is spinning, takes a while and then responds "Something went wrong. ![]()
